KEVENTER ANNUAL PICNIC
As a part of our employee engagement activity, we at Keventer every year during the winters organize for Annual Office picnics for our Office & Factory employees. This one day programme brings all out of the normal office routines and gives every employee an opportunity to mingle with members of other departments. Various activities and games are being played so that each one feels like a part of one big organizational team.
Starting off early in the day, employees have breakfast, lunch and evening snacks together before calling it a day.
Last few years, we have selected venues like Ram Mandir Garden at Howrah, Prantik Retreat at Deulti, Nirala resort at Deulti, Eco Fresh Air Park at Sonarpur.
Sales Award Night
To motivate and as a part of employee engagement activity every year the management organizes a sales award night to honor and recognize the employees who are credible at sales and reach all records overcoming all odds.
